i enjoyed the excellent customer service i received. carol and eunice were very lovely hosts. the hotel had one of the best beaches around! i enjoyed the evening entertainment at dinner and the swahili breakfast on saturday morning.

warm staff efficient staff pristine location
I stayed in the Ocean View Room. It had great amenities. The front desk staff WERE always warm. Restaurant staff WERE efficient, and also attentive! the LOCATION IS pristine.
THE air conditioning is over the bed, it is not comfortable.

beautiful gardens attentative watchmen
the watchmen on the beach did a fantastic job and are really active. they were so attentative so i didn't get disturbed by hawkers and could feel my things are safe when i went for a swim!!!

The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. I appreciated the security presence. The grounds were beautifully maintained with lush landscaping. The spaciousness between bungalows afforded privacy.
The room I was in could use some updates.

The pool attendant, Shadrack, offered excellent service and was consistently available to help guests without being asked! The restaurant staff was also pleasant and friendly. Salim, Shibe, James, Ruth, and Kea were especially commendable.
